Reducing Security Risks
DocuTrack’s logon process integrates with Microsoft’s Active Directory services, allowing administrators to enforce the same secure password requirements whether staff is logging into the computer workstation or DocuTrack. This also enables single sign-on which allows your staff to access DocuTrack resources without the need to log on a second time.
Simplified User Management
Your DocuTrack administrator can map DocuTrack groups to Active Directory groups to grant access. Once the groups have been mapped, your staff instantly have access to DocuTrack with their Active Directory group granting specific privileges.
Active Directory Authentication
For computers not on your pharmacy’s domain, staff will be prompted to input their domain username and password. That username and password are then validated with your domain server so your staff do not have to manage multiple usernames and passwords.
