This director-level position is responsible for the oversight of Integra’s Client Services Department. The successful candidate will proactively build excellent customer relationships, increase team performance, oversee product implementation, manage metrics, and coach and mentor staff.
This position covers a variety of IT-related responsibilities. You will provide daily support for local and remote users, and corporate networks and servers. You will participate in design and implementation of infrastructure changes to support our growing company.
As a lead developer you will guide and mentor your product team, as you work to perform feature analysis, requirements gathering, design, and maintenance of C# n-tier .NET applications utilizing SQL Server databases. The team uses Scrum, conducts code reviews, and ensures product quality.

Integra’s support engineers are the focal point for addressing and resolving technical issues. This position is on our Logix product team and requires knowledge in drive configuration, DSN config, SQL Server, and NT permissions, with focus on fax server and database backup routines.
